$10 & Below $1020 plus $45 per million over $1 million
$11 - $25 $1,455 plus $34 per million over $10 million
$26-$50 $2,090 plus $29 per million over $25 million
$51-$100 $3,015 plus $7 per million over $50 million
$101 & Over $3,365 plus $1 per million over $100 million - maximum of $4,055
