Amazing Apple Compote

3 each granny smith
apples
3 cups vanilla ice cream
8 oz brown sugar
6 oz fudge topping
12 oz apple juice
24 frozen cinnamon swirl french toast sticks
Steps
1 - Peel and Core
all the apples. Slice into 1/2" thick slices
2 - Place apples, juice and brown sugar into a saucepan and reduce for
25 minutes.
3 - Remove apples from heat and allow them to cool, slightly.
4 - Cook French Toast according to package directions.
5 - Place 4 sticks on a plate. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the
center and spoon over compote mixture.
6 - Garnish
with chocolate sauce and some cinnamon sugar blend.
