Chicken Jumbalaya

1 - 2 lb. bag frozen, spicy chicken bar-b-q
16 oz. instant converted white rice (cooked)
4 oz. red bell peppers (diced)
2 oz. green onions (sliced)
Add diced red bell pepper to rice and follow the cooking instructions
on the rice package.
Heat spicy chicken bar-b-q (see package for details)
Place 4 oz. cooked rice on plate. Top with 4 oz. spicy chicken bar-b-q.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
When cooking rice, add dry rice with margarine and stir. This will prevent
sticking
Add frozen, peas, carrots, or vegetable medley for a new twist.
Yield: 8 servings
