Hawaiian Bar-B-Q on Rice

Prep Time: 20 minutes

1 2 lb. bag, frozen bar-b-q chicken
16 oz. instant converted white rice
2 12 oz. cans chunk pineapple (drained)
4 oz. red bell peppers (diced)
2 oz. green onions (sliced)

Add diced red bell pepper to rice and follow cooking instructions on the rice package.
Heat Bar-B-Q chicken (according to package directions)
Place 4 oz. cooked rice on plate. Top with 4 oz. bar-b-q chicken.
Top with 3 oz. pineapple chunks and garnish with sliced green onions.
Tips: Use chicken base or stock in water to increase flavor.

Yield: 8 servings
