Rhoades, Holtz to Address NFRA Convention in October

Harrisburg, PA – The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Convention is known for bringing nationally acclaimed speakers to attendees. At the 2006 Convention, October 7-10 in Orlando, FL, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from two of America’s best motivational speakers, Ann Rhoades of JetBlue Airways and football coach Lou Holtz.

At the Monday October 9 Breakfast Session, Ann Rhoades one of the five founding leaders and former Executive Vice President of JetBlue Airways will tell the remarkable story of the hottest new airline in America. With the goal of bringing humanity and enjoyment back to air travel, JetBlue is one of very few commercial airlines ever to earn a profit in its first full year of operation. Ann has made a habit of creating high-performing cultures wherever she goes. Her influence is stamped on Southwest Airlines, Doubletree and First Interstate Bank. Her legacy is a culture that treats people fairly, builds employee and customer loyalty and produces solid profitability.

At the Tuesday, October 10 Breakfast Session, NFRA will present legendary football coach and ESPN analyst, Lou Holtz. Lou reaches beyond touchdown tales to apply his winning strategy to the realms of business and personal achievement. A living legend of astounding ability – Lou took a struggling Notre Dame to the national championship and a record 23-game winning streak. As head football coach at the University of South Carolina, he brought the nation’s longest losing streak to a halt and placed the team in a bowl game within two seasons. Lou is the only coach in the history of college football to take six different teams to a bowl game, win five bowl games with different teams and lead four different college teams to final Top 20 rankings.
