Sponsorship Opportunities

The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Convention is unique in its ability to bring together hundreds of top industry executives in one place at one time. Sponsorships are available for the following:

Retailer Refreshment Break

New for 2010, sponsorships are available Sunday, October 17th, Monday, October 18th, and Tuesday, October 19th, for the Retailer Refreshment Break. Located in the common area of the assigned Retailer Meeting Rooms, only beverages provided by the hotel will be allowed in this area; food items are prohibited. Sponsorship is $5,000. The sponsoring companies will receive:

  • Three complimentary Convention registrations - valued at $1,650
  • Quarter page, black and white advertisement in Convention Preview magazine, distributed to frozen and refrigerated food industry decision-makers - valued at $665
  • Business card size, black and white advertisement in Convention Program & Directory, distributed to all Convention attendees - valued at $250
  • Recognition at the Retailer meeting room break station
  • Recognition in all pre-Convention promotional materials
  • Special signage at Convention events and company logo prominently displayed

General Sponsorship

NFRA is seeking member companies as general sponsors. Sponsorship is $2,000. The sponsoring companies will receive:

  • One complimentary Convention registration - valued at $550
  • A 25% discount on advertising in the Convention Preview magazine and/or Convention Program & Directory
  • Recognition in all pre-Convention promotional materials
  • Special signage at Convention events and company logo prominently displayed
