

NFRA has introduced a new logo to take the place of Bring Us To Your Table! Cool Favorites. Your support is needed in this industry-wide effort to raise sales in the refrigerated dairy department to a new level.
NFRA launched the Bring Us To Your Table! Cool Favorites marketing/PR campaign in 2003. The campaign has been successful in increasing promotion in the refrigerated dairy aisles and bringing awareness to consumers. We will continue these efforts under the new banner, Cool • Tasty • Wholesome – Refrigerated Foods. The new logo incorporates colors and images that bring to mind the fresh, healthy and wholesome products that can be found in the refrigerated dairy aisles.
Highlights
The campaign officially launched in 2003 with NFRA’s first June Dairy Month promotion.
A “Cool” Penguin Mascot was developed to lead the way in promoting the refrigerated dairy department.
NFRA’s Consumer Web site, www.EasyHomeMeals.com, was updated to include refrigerated food tips and recipes. The site receives over 250,000 visitors a month during promotional periods.
Each year Media Releases are sent to newspapers and radio stations nationwide. In 2007, 2 radio spots reached a listening audience of over 28 million. A press release generated over 500 articles with a circulation of 22 million.
A Spanish Press Release was distributed to Hispanic newspapers and reached over 2.8 million readers.
Two issues of NFRA’s Consumer E-newsletter, Stay Cool, supported the June Dairy Month and Back to Cool promotions. The newsletter is sent to over 80,000 consumers driving them to the EasyHomeMeals.com web site.
